Terms and Conditions for Melbourne Joomladay 2010

  1. Melbourne JoomlaDay 2010 is being organised by the Melbourne Joomla User Group.
  2. Only individual bookings are accepted.
  3. Friday Ticket $15.
  4. Friday and Saturday Ticket $70 (Early Bird $35).
  5. Fri, Sat and Sun workshop with Sam Moffatt $190 (Early Bird $155).
  6. Fri, Sat and Sun workshop with Andrew Eddie $345 (Early Bird $310).
  7. All sessions, Fri, Sat and both Sun workshops $465 (Early Bird $430).
  8. Early Bird rates apply until 31 Dec 2009. Standard rates apply from 1 Jan 2010.
  9. Registrations close Wed 10 Feb 2010.
  10. Max number of participants for Sun workshops is 25 each.
  11. Sun workshops only for delegates. Ticket price include admission to all events on Fri and Sat plus selected workshop.
  12. Bookings are confirmed when PayPal payments are received.
  13. The Melbourne Joomla User Group maintains a public liability insurance for the course of the event.
  14. No refund or exchange of any ticket are given.
  15. In case of event or workshop cancellation, a refund of the ticket price minus PayPal fee will be given.
  16. Event-merchandise will not be refunded. Merchandise may be posted to purchasers and incurs a postage fee.
  17. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute speakers and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
  18. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the program.
  19. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted.
  20. The tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
  21. Scalping warning: In addition, the resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.
  22. The Melbourne Joomla User Group is not liable for any financial losses due to cancellations or rescheduling.
